After clicking, choose Run or Open.
(The setup is accompanied by a good uninstall program via the Start menu – Control Panel - Software).

For a non virus test see at: McAfee
If the download does not work because of your company’s firewall then download with: Light or Advanced and rename its extension from .XXX to .EXE.
